Job Title: Legal Support Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Type: 1+ month Temp-to-Hire  
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Job Overview:-
We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist to support a busy legal office environment. This role combines document production, mail services, shipping and receiving, and hospitality support. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a professional office setting. Legal office experience is highly preferred but not required.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:-
Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and document production equipment.
Complete copy, print, scan, binding, finishing, and document preparation projects.
Create binders, flash drives, and other legal document packages.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Handle shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain copier equipment and troubleshoot minor issues such as paper jams.
Prepare and organize confidential legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
Perform scanning, file conversion, file naming, OCR processing, and document formatting.
Assist with conference room setup and hospitality services, including stocking refreshments.
Maintain office supply inventory and production materials.
Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other office staff.
Support additional office services and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:-
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of office services, print production, mailroom, or administrative experience.
Legal office experience is highly preferred.
Experience with copy, print, and scanning equipment preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
