What You'll Do
As the Temporary Office Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping office operations running smoothly while supporting staff, tenants, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, vendors, and community partners in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct agency phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain daily receipt logs and administrative tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate office operations and assist in maintaining efficient workflows and procedures
  • Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues and coordinate service requests when needed
  • Ensure office common areas remain clean, organized, and professional
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including scheduling, filing, scanning, data entry, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Assist with maintaining records, databases, compliance documentation, and confidential files
  • Support Management operations through administrative coordination and tenant communication assistance
  • Assist with notices, memos, internal communications, and departmental projects
