POSITION OVERVIEW Come be a part of making the magic of the annual summer Fair happen. The team at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds is hiring a Temporary Front Office worker to help get the final touches of Fair put together. Duties: Performs basic clerical and administrative support duties for the Fairgrounds Office including answering the phones and taking RV reservations Assists in preparing badges, information packets and other Big Sky Country State Fair event essentials.

Assist the office staff in any additional administrative tasks related to executing the Big Sky Country State Fair. The individual hired for this role will have the opportunity to continue working during the Fair at the Information booth and gift shop during Fair. QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in email, basic computer skills, and answering the phone.

Able to work with public. Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to sit for hours.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Hours: This office shift is flexible scheduling to accommodate employee and office needs. Example shift: 10AM- 2PM, Monday through Friday.
