Temporary Medical Receptionist to their team. This is a contract position expected to last 4 months.

Position Overview
The Temporary Medical Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the medical clinic and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. This position supports daily clinic operations through administrative and front-office responsibilities, patient coordination, and customer service. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities Of The Temporary Medical Receptionist
- Greet patients and visitors while providing a high level of customer service.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Complete patient intake and process required documentation.
- Collect, verify, and update medical insurance information.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Order and receive office and medical supplies.
- Track and manage office inventory.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and patient privacy requirements.
Required Experience/Skills For The Temporary Medical Receptionist
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and comfortable working a contract position.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Temporary Medical Receptionist
- Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Experience with insurance verification and payment processing.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
