Position: ASCP-Certified Medical Technologist (MT/MLT)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications
  • Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) degree from an accredited institution
  • ASCP certification required
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality control processes
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced Medical Technologists
  • Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical and microscopic analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid, to identify normal and abnormal components
  • Collect and properly handle biological specimens in accordance with laboratory standards
  • Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation used for qualitative and quantitative testing
  • Accurately document and enter laboratory test results into computerized systems
