Location: Western Arizona

A leading healthcare system in Western Arizona is seeking a full-time Medical Technologist to join its hospital team. This role offers the opportunity to provide medical care in a collaborative environment while enjoying a lower cost of living and outdoor lifestyle near the Colorado River.


Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the procurement and processing of laboratory specimens and reporting results in all areas of the clinical laboratory. Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures; participates in quality assurance and adheres to quality control practices in the Laboratory.


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biology. Completed a Medical Technologist internship at a qualified medical facility.  
  • State Licensure is not required at this time. Experience as a Medical Technologist in the following specialties: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology/immunology is preferred..
  • Certification preferred.
