Job description

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary Geo Marketing Manager for an onsite position for a prestigious global law firm client of ours in San Diego, CA.


Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: Negotiable, depending on directly related experience


Position Summary:

In this role, you will adapt broader marketing strategies to the priorities, clients, and business opportunities of an assigned city or region.

Working with Marketing, Business Development, and local leadership, you will create high-impact events, sponsorships, hospitality experiences, and alumni programs that increase brand visibility, deepen relationships, and support business growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys advising stakeholders, managing sophisticated programs, and turning market insights into action.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing programs tailored to local business and client priorities.
  • Lead events, sponsorships, hospitality experiences, and alumni initiatives from concept through follow-up.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Business Development, and Marketing teams to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Evaluate sponsorships and other investments for strategic fit, audience relevance, and potential impact.
  • Manage program budgets, vendors, venues, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Track engagement and performance to demonstrate business value and improve future programs.
  • Create follow-up strategies that help convert marketing activity into stronger relationships and business opportunities.
  • Help shape processes and best practices for this newly established team.


Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in events, brand sponsorships, client hospitality, experiential marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Experience delivering complex programs involving multiple teams and senior leaders.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to make data-informed recommendations.
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative approach and the ability to connect initiatives across the organization.
  • Experience in a regional or market-based model is preferred but not required.
