Position Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Marketing Specialist to provide hands-on support across a variety of marketing initiatives and projects. This role is ideal for an organized, creative marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and taking projects from idea through execution.

The Temporary Marketing Specialist will support digital campaigns, content creation, social media, paid advertising, and other marketing projects across multiple brands. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project manager who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, designers, developers, and other partners.


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Create compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, social media, email communications, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content across multiple brands while maintaining consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, developers, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Update website content, landing pages, and other digital assets as needed.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and marketing projects.
  • Excellent written communication and marketing copywriting skills, with a strong portfolio or examples of content creation.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content and content calendars.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
  • Basic website content management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
