Overview

Fortiss, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. We are a collaborative team looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, with strong attention to detail, and a willingness to assist with any projects or tasks assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
  • Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, keeps file current, and supplies information from file data or removes files upon request; both physically and electronically.
  • Create or update records with new files and information.
  • Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
  • Assists HR department with day-to-day projects.
  • Other Job-Related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Technologically versed
    • Accurate typing skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
    • Good command of English both oral and written.
    • Great attention to detail
    • High sense of confidentiality required and is essential in this job.
    • Must be detailed- Oriented and have strong organizational skills.
    • High school degree or equivalent experience
