National Beef Packing, Dodge City, Kansas, is seeking to hire a friendly professional to join our family as Temporary Human Resources Clerk.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Temporary Human Resources Clerk position include but are not limited to:

    Answering Phones
  • Data entry
  • Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
  • Communications with both internal and external departments
  • General Receptionist Duties
  • Daily Attendance Tracking
  • Filing as required
  • Various duties as required

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Temporary Human Resources Clerk position should have the following:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Possess efficient data entry skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good work history and attendance
  • Must be able to work with confidential matters
  • Team Player with good communication skills
  • Good Telephone etiquette skills
  • Possess a professional attitude/conduct
  • English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
