Job description

Description

Job Description

This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity and is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience within Human Resources. The team is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to learn new systems quickly. Prior HR experience is not required, but an interest in HR and administrative support is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload employee relations and HR case information into a new HR platform

- Review records and documentation for accuracy and completeness

- Organize and maintain electronic employee files

- Pull and review data using Excel

- Navigate shared drives and electronic filing systems

- Follow established processes to ensure data integrity

- Support the HR team with administrative and file management tasks

- Assist with tracking and organizing case-related information

What You'll Be Doing

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get exposure to HR. You'll spend the first few days working closely with a Team Member Relations Specialist who will show you where to find information, how to use their tracking tools, and how to navigate their electronic filing system.

Once trained, your primary focus will be uploading and organizing HR case files in a new platform. Accuracy is extremely important, so they're looking for someone who pays attention to the small details and can follow processes consistently.

After the initial learning period, the role will transition more into file management and document organization. You'll help keep employee records organized, up-to-date, and easy for the HR team to access.

The team isn't necessarily looking for someone with extensive HR experience. They're more interested in finding someone who is tech-savvy, organized, willing to learn, and interested in supporting an HR team. If you're comfortable working in systems, managing data, and paying close attention to detail, this could be a great fit.
