EXPLEO GROUP CANADA est à la recherche d’un(e) Agent Méthodes Support Atelier de Peinture pour se joindre à notre équipe à Mirabel, QC.

  • Lieu : Mirabel, Québec
  • Mode de travail : Sur site 
  • Durée du mandat : 1 an, renouvelable
  • Rémunération : $75,000 CAD à 95,000 CAD. La rémunération applicable sera déterminée selon différents critères, notamment les compétences, l’expérience et les qualifications du candidat.

Ce poste soutient directement les opérations de l’atelier de peinture en apportant un support technique à la production, en optimisant les temps de cycle et la qualité du travail, et en mettant à jour les méthodes de fabrication et de réparation. Il s’adresse à une personne autonome, à l’aise avec la lecture de plans et les procédés de peinture, capable de proposer des solutions concrètes dans un environnement de production aérospatial.

Responsabilités:

  • Supporter la production dans ses questionnements techniques.

  • Trouver des solutions pour améliorer le temps de cycle et la qualité du travail des peintres.

  • Réviser des cahiers des charges pour incorporer des changements.

  • Création de gammes de réparations

Qualifications:

  • Vous devez avoir une bonne connaissance de la lecture de plan.

  • Avoir des connaissances des procédés de peinture.

  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des logiciels SAP et CATIA serait un atout.

  • Vous devez être une personne autonome.

  • Langue requise : français

  • Work arrangement: On-site
  • Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
  • Compensation range: CAD $75,000 to $95,000. The applicable compensation will be determined based on various criteria, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role:

This role directly supports paint shop operations by providing technical support to production, improving cycle times and work quality, and updating manufacturing and repair methods. It is well suited for an autonomous professional with a strong understanding of technical drawings and paint processes who can develop practical solutions in an aerospace production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production with their technical questions.

  • Find solutions to improve cycle time and the quality of the painters’ work.

  • Review specifications to incorporate changes.

  • Create repair work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • You must have good knowledge of blueprint reading.

  • Knowledge of painting processes is required.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and CATIA software would be an asset.

  • You must be an autonomous person.

  • Language Required: French
