Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Talent Advisor to join our Talent Center of Expertise. In this role, you will support the coordination and delivery of global talent and leadership initiatives that contribute to employee development and organizational growth. You will assist in creating communications, tools, resources, and learning experiences while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent practices, enjoys project coordination and content development, and is eager to build expertise within a global Talent Management team.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Support the execution and promotion of talent management and leadership development initiatives aligned with business priorities.

  • Develop and maintain communications, presentations, toolkits, guides, and resources that support employees, leaders, and HR partners.

  • Conduct research, benchmark external best practices, gather participant feedback, and summarize insights to support program enhancements.

  • Coordinate leadership programs and events, including logistics, vendor coordination, communications, and participant management.

  • Support talent initiatives such as mentorship programs, first-year employee programs, and wellbeing activations by ensuring a seamless participant experience and effective program delivery.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, organizational development or other relevant field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization

  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and relevant content

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
