Administrative Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, employee engagement initiatives, scheduling coordination, onboarding activities, and administrative projects. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys serving as a key resource for both employees and leadership.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills while supporting a variety of administrative, operational, and office management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, conference rooms, and visitor accommodations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Assist with proposal preparation, document assembly, and presentation materials
  • Support workflow processes, document routing, and deadline tracking
Document Processing & Administrative Operations
  • Assist with document preparation, assembly, and distribution
  • Support electronic filing processes and package tracking
  • Coordinate client and employee communications and mailings
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and tracking reports
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and deliverables
New Hire Onboarding Support

Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
