Nuestra empresa esta buscando un asistente ejecutivo capacitado que pueda brindar apoyo a Valesca Inc TeleCom de manera proactiva y oportuna. Los deberes de un asistente ejecutivo incluiran tareas como administrar el cronograma del ejecutivo, manejar su correspondencia, preparar analisis y asegurar la implementacion de los objetivos de manera oportuna.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ayudar a un ejecutivo siendo el punto de contacto para todas las comunicaciones, es decir, el telefono, el correo electronico, el fax, etc. Los deberes tambien incluyen la interaccion con los clientes.
  • Administre el horario del ejecutivo organizando citas, itinerarios de viaje, etc.
  • Producir informes para el ejecutivo, basados en referencias historicas o investigaciones, segun se solicite.
  • Mantenga la informacion confidencial y segura mediante el uso de copias de seguridad y el software de seguridad adecuado.
  • Administre el inventario de suministros de oficina y mantenga los niveles de existencias para garantizar un buen funcionamiento.
  • Representar al ejecutivo en su ausencia asistiendo a reuniones y tomando notas.
  • Ayudar a otros empleados segun los deseos del ejecutivo.
  • Mantener los niveles de conocimiento profesional asistiendo a talleres y siguiendo publicaciones.

Requisitos:

  • 1 ano de experiencia trabajando como asistente ejecutivo o en un puesto similar preferido
  • Bachillerato aprovado
