Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs template creation, modification, and maintenance in Epic to support patient access and provider scheduling. Partners with departments to implement effective scheduling solutions while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. Provides technical expertise in template building and serves as a key resource for template-related changes and configurations across the health system.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma. AA/AS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Four (4) years of clinical/healthcare operations experience required. Experience with healthcare systems.
  • Demonstrated template building experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of medical scheduling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder requests.
  • Proven track record of follow-through and project completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Epic Cadence certification preferred. Epic Schedule Strategy End User badge preferred. Process improvement certifications preferred.
