Position: Per Diem Vice Principal (Temporary/Interim) - Pennsauken Intermediate School

Position Overview

The Pennsauken Intermediate School is seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and experienced educational leader for a temporary, per diem Assistant Principal role. Reporting directly to the building principal, the selected candidate will help maintain a safe and orderly school environment, support teachers with instructional leadership, handle student behavioral concerns, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the principal in the overall administration and instructional leadership of the intermediate building.
  • Manage student discipline, implement positive behavior supports, and address parent concerns.
  • Oversee school safety, daily routines, and building security.
  • Provide support and supervision to instructional and support staff.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure compliance with district policies and New Jersey educational standards.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate
