Job description

Supporting The Orthopedic Call Center

Supporting the Orthopedic Call Center during the transition to the new Contact Center. Schedule & Location: 100% onsite at Mission Bay. Full-time, 40 hours/week. Typical schedules: 8:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM or 8:30 AMโ€“5:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support a high-volume orthopedic call center receiving approximately 400โ€“600 calls per day.
  • Schedule and register patients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including referral coordination and related support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • APeX/Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Clear communicator and active listener.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
