HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL
Mechanical Service Corporation (MSC) is a service subspecialist in commercial and industrial HVAC, process cooling, and building automation. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our first-rate organization.
As the only specialized contractor of our kind in the Northeast region, we focus on advanced system diagnostics, BAS, commissioning and retro-commissioning, TAB, and comprehensive preventive maintenance. We invest substantially more time, money, and effort in technician training, tools, and equipment than any other contractor in our sector.
MSC Service Technicians Receive and Participate In:
  • Continual technical training
  • Monthly collaborative workshops
  • Vendor-sponsored training seminars
  • Knowledgeable industry guest speakers
  • State-of-the-art diagnostic tools
  • Support from on-staff Professional Engineers
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Perform diagnostics, service, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and building automation systems
  • Communicate equipment and system status and repair needs to clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with team members on equipment replacements and system upgrades
  • Complete daily service reports detailing work performed
To be considered, applicants must possess:
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Union journeymen preferred
