Digital Ad Operations Coordinator
Help bring digital ad campaigns to life
Melara Enterprises is looking for an Ad Coordinator to join our growing Digital Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing digital advertising campaigns to life across our portfolio of media brands, including Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, 225, inRegister, and 10/12 Industry Report. You'll support every stage of the campaign process, from post-sale setup and launch to ongoing optimization and reporting. You'll work closely with our clients and our Sales, Marketing, Digital Ops, and Creative Services departments to ensure every campaign is delivered accurately, on schedule, and according to company standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple projects, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign analytics, workflow automation, AI-powered productivity tools, and the operational processes behind successful marketing campaigns. As part of a collaborative and growing team, you'll have the opportunity to build valuable digital marketing and operations skills while contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup, trafficking, and launch of digital advertising campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper delivery, pacing, and quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Manage campaign-related communication for clients, including gathering creative assets, coordinating project timelines, and delivering campaign analytics.
  • Manage production workflows, project documentation, and campaign organization within our CRM system.
  • Support monthly reporting by organizing, validating, and maintaining campaign analytics and our internal reporting platform.
  • Lead internal production meetings and communicate campaign status updates across departments.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Ops, and third-party vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain sponsored lead generation campaigns, including deployment, promotion, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
