The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Digital Operations
OMG23 is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Ad Operations to help power the behind-the-scenes tech that makes digital campaigns track, report, and perform correctly. You'll work mainly in Google Campaign Manager, using Excel and Google Sheets to manage details, troubleshoot issues, and keep campaigns running cleanly. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-obsessed, tech-curious, and comfortable staying cool in a fast-moving digital media environment.
What You'll Do:
Upload creative and generate placement tags in Google Campaign Manager
Support live campaigns with trafficking tasks like clickthrough updates, creative swaps, new tags, and QA
Pull and review reports to confirm accurate tracking and performance
Track trafficking details, timelines, and contacts in Excel and Google Sheets
Troubleshoot technical issues using documentation, resources, and past learnings
Understand the ad serving landscape and explain tagging capabilities to non-technical teams
Track deadlines across campaigns and client verticals
You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Interest or background in digital ad serving, information systems, or web/app development
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on basic Excel
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.California: $40,000.00-$40,000.00
