We work in an open environment where ideas are shared across all disciplines, and there are ample opportunities for advancement based on excellence.We're looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with advanced technical expertise in conversion tracking, campaign management, and performance reporting to join our growing team. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytically sharp professional who can manage the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Conversion Tracking & Tag Management:
  • Build and maintain advanced conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tagging solutions.
  • Implement and audit event-based tracking, custom conversions, and audience pixels to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues using browser-based debugging tools, GTM preview mode, and platform diagnostics.
  • Support first-party data strategies and assist with integration of CRM or offline conversion data into ad platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Compile and deliver clear, insightful post-campaign and in-flight reports that translate raw data into meaningful performance narratives for internal teams and clients.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, viewability, and attribution data.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
Client & Team Collaboration:
  • Partner with media planner/buyers, client services, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader strategy.
  • Participate in client calls and presentations when necessary, confidently communicating technical concepts in accessible, client-friendly language.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign specs, tracking setups, and operational processes to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging ad tech tools relevant to campaign performance and measurement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in ad operations within an agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking and tag management, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital attribution models and multi-touch measurement.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, information systems, or a related field.
