Job description

Job Details:
We're looking for a YouTube Retargeting Ads Specialist to set up, manage, and maintain our YouTube retargeting campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement YouTube retargeting strategy
  • Create, manage, and customize retargeting / remarketing lists
  • Create, maintain, and manage retargeting ad campaigns
  • Oversee retargeting analytics and track ad metrics

This position is remote and self-paced. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can devote at least 20 or more hours per week, but if you have fewer hours available at least initially, that is OK.

You must be good at self-direction and taking initiative. In addition, it is important to us that all of our team members are detail-oriented and meticulous; therefore, in the application form, when it asks for your “favorite vegetable?” Please put the word “eggplant.”
NOTE: we have various video ads already created and we have video creators who can create ads, so you do not need to create the ads themselves.
Required Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in Youtube retargeting ads
  • You have a track record of success in Youtube retargeting ads
  • Creative eye for design and video content
  • You are quick with communication via email and Slack
  • You are nice – we spend a lot of time working, so we want to be on a team with nice people
  • Bonus points if you have been involved in some way with podcasting, radio, or other related media activity (but not required)
  • Must have reliable Internet
