Role Summary


Educate 360 is looking for a data-driven Paid Media Strategist to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across our portfolio of brands.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who works directly in advertising platforms to build campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance, and make optimizations that improve leads, revenue, CPA, and ROAS.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms
  • Build and launch campaigns from the ground up based on business objectives, budgets, audiences, products, offers, and acquisition goals
  • Manage paid search campaign structure, keywords, match types, negative keywords, search terms, bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy, assets, and targeting
  • Monitor campaign pacing and proactively adjust budgets and investment based on performance and business priorities
  • Analyze campaign performance across keywords, search terms, audiences, placements, devices, geographies, creative, landing pages, and other dimensions
  • Identify opportunities to scale strong-performing campaigns and reduce or redirect investment from underperforming areas
  • Develop and execute A/B tests across advertising creative, messaging, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing page experiences
  • Translate paid media performance data into clear recommendations that improve lead volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, revenue, and overall marketing efficiency
  • Develop recurring performance reporting and communicate what changed, why performance moved, and what actions should be taken next
  • Maintain strong campaign tracking practices, including UTMs, conversion actions, platform tracking, and campaign naming standards
  • Assist with identifying and troubleshooting campaign measurement or attribution issues
  • Partner with creative, content, SEO, CRO, web, analytics, and marketing operations teams to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve account structure, targeting, creative, landing pages, processes, automation, and paid media efficiency
  • Stay current on changes across advertising platforms and proactively test new capabilities that could improve performance



Requirements:

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid media, PPC, or performance marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience directly building, managing, and optimizing campaigns in advertising platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including paid search campaign management
  • Ability to independently build a campaign from initial structure and targeting through launch, optimization, testing, and reporting
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and making ongoing budget allocation and optimization decisions
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics including CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impression share, lead volume, revenue, and conversion value
  • Experience analyzing search terms, keywords, audiences, creative, placements, bidding strategies, and other campaign performance drivers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify why performance is changing and determine what action should be taken
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms to evaluate campaign and website performance
  • Experience developing and executing structured campaign tests
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to QA campaigns, tracking, targeting, budgets, creative, and landing pages before launch
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands, budgets, and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while proactively identifying opportunities to improve performancent

Helpful but not required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, or other paid advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting platforms
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
  • Experience managing both B2B lead generation and B2C/e-commerce campaigns
  • Experience managing paid media across multiple brands, business units, or product lines
  • Experience with account-based advertising or intent-based targeting
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop and test performance-focused advertising creative
