The Ad Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the successful execution of media campaigns across digital channels. This individual is responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, tracking implementation, and reporting support to ensure campaigns launch accurately and perform as intended.

Craftsmanship
Apply exceptional attention to detail and executional rigor to campaign setup and management.
  • Traffic and launch campaigns across media platforms, ensuring all campaign components are implemented accurately.
  • Develop and maintain tracking documentation, trafficking sheets, and implementation guides.
  • QA campaign setup, creative assets, URLs, tags, and targeting parameters prior to launch.
  • Coordinate the deployment of pixels, conversion tracking, and other measurement solutions with internal teams and partners.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, escalating concerns proactively.
  • Build, maintain, and refine campaign management systems, templates, and organizational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and executional excellence.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, including authorizations, insertion orders, and flowcharts where applicable.
  • Support the reconciliation of media delivery against approved plans and budgets.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign trafficking, or media execution.
  • Experience working within major media platforms such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar environments.
  • Bonus if you have experience working in Media Oceans, Basis or other Ad Operations platforms
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion implementation.
  • Understanding of campaign QA processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience supporting reporting, reconciliation, and campaign documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a problem-solving orientation.
