GHJ's relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client's needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and help drive strategic business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, improving financial processes, and making a meaningful impact in a growing organization.

The Controller will lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities while ensuring the integrity of the company's financial operations. This role combines day-to-day accounting leadership with strategic financial planning to support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
