Job description

NES is hiring a Construction Laborer to support our Heavy Maintenance Technicians/Installers with repairs, installs, and jobsite work related to petroleum equipment, tanks, product lines, sumps, and general mechanical work. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to learn a trade.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist technicians with installation, repair, and service work

  • Operate and care for construction equipment and tools (as trained)

  • Prep jobsites: remove hazards, set up work areas, and maintain cleanliness

  • Load/unload materials and equipment

  • Assemble/disassemble temporary structures (scaffolding, supports, etc.)

  • Dig, remove, fill, or compact earth as needed

  • Follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a crew

  • Perform site cleanup and maintain professional appearance/communication

  • Travel to multiple locations as required
