LaSalle Network is hiring for a Customer Service Representative with a leading benefits enrollment company known for providing exceptional healthcare, life insurance, and disability benefits services.
The Customer Service Representative will be a key contact point for clients, assisting with benefits education, enrollment transactions, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to delivering superior customer support within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
  • Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes
  • Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution
  • Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed
  • Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Efficiently navigate multiple screens and platforms including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals to ensure accurate documentation
