Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Temporary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a temporary Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst!

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst leads the design, development, and maintenance of data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models that drive data-informed decision-making across Riverside. In partnership with operational, financial, and clinical teams, this role transforms raw data into actionable insights through Power BI and supports data governance, reporting optimization, and user training to advance a culture of analytics and continuous improvement.

 
The Senior BI Analyst will:
  • Partner with clinical leadership to design dashboards tracking performance, outcomes, and quality measures
  • Collaborate with program managers to identify key indicators supporting operational excellence and client outcomes
  • Translate complex data into accessible visual reports
  • Provide guidance on data analytics best practices and Power BI adoption
  • Serve as Power BI subject matter expert, including Power BI Copilot, training, and user support
  • Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports
  • Integrate data across systems (EHR, finance, HR) and support reporting needs
  • Perform QA validation prior to deployment
  • Contribute to enterprise data strategy and analytics roadmap
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities

Schedule: This is a temporary, part time position; 20 hours per week Monday through Friday 4 hours per day from June through October 2026; 1 day in-person required. This position does not include benefits. 

Rate: $45.00 - $60.00/hour depending on experience
