Job description

Bookkeeper needed for a bookkeeping service in Irvine.


Temporary to hire position paying $25-33/hr depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision.  Hours are flexible, starting between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, Monday - Friday, with 8-hour days. 


This company provides bookkeeping services for companies throughout the United States. They are not a CPA; they are more of an outsourced accounting department. Individuals will be assigned clients to manage their entire bookkeeping.  

Bookkeeping duties will include bank and credit card reconciliations, and coding and matching transactions in the bank feed of QuickBooks. Will also provide financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets to their clients.


Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Junior Bookkeeper with 1-3 years of experience, pay of $25-27/hr
  • Senior Bookkeeper with at least 4 years of experience, pay of $28-33/hr
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is a must.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
  • A degree is a plus, not a must.
  • MS Office skills
  • Familiar with the chart of accounts.
