Our client, a well-established professional services organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Perform general bookkeeping and accounting support functions
  • Process and reconcile incoming payments and financial transactions
  • Manage high-volume disbursements with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain financial records, supporting documentation, and transaction files
  • Reconcile payments and assist with financial reporting activities
Administrative Support
  • Enter and maintain information within proprietary databases and systems
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Act as a liaison between accounting and operational teams
  • Gather information and documentation from multiple internal stakeholders
  • Support ongoing administrative and operational functions
Process Improvement
  • Assist with developing and improving accounting and administrative procedures
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and training programs
Qualifications
Required
  • Stable Work History
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative, or financial operations experience
  • Experience processing financial transactions and reconciliations
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
