We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

Overview of Position 

We are looking for individuals with a passion for the environment to join our direct sales team as a Sales Administrator to to support our client facing team. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. You will also be responsible for maintaining rebate programs, including stakeholder communication and submitting extension and payment requests. Additional responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental communication and accurately documenting key information and activities. 
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Research commercial and residential properties using public resources to identify key decision-makers and support business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking while utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other business platforms to support daily operations.
• Assist the Sales and Client Relations teams with contract administration, document management, reporting, and other sales support functions.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders, including participation in project calls and site visits.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions, extension requests, and related program documentation.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related support role, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Education and Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Operations, or related sales support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using CRM and digital sales platforms.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and general business operations.
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales initiatives, manage administrative processes, and contribute to overall team performance and sales objectives.
