Desk Assistant/Office Administrator

RideNow Powersports - Dallas, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a highly organized and dependable Desk Assistant/Office Administrator to support our dealership operations! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting both sales and accounting teams, this is the opportunity for you!

This position plays a vital role in ensuring deals are processed accurately, inventory and title records are maintained, and both internal teams and customers receive timely and efficient service. You'll receive generous training pay to get started and enjoy a collaborative, team-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
  • Submit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processing
  • Register warranties and apply applicable rebates, incentives, and bonuses
  • Keep the sales desk fully stocked with required forms and documents
  • Process and manage titles through the WebDealer system
  • Track and manage dealership inventory and title documentation
  • Notify customers when license plates are available or mailed
  • Monitor and track lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation and follow-through
  • Coordinate with both sales and accounting departments to support operational needs
  • Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using dealership systems and standard office software
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
