Position Goals
• IET (Integrated Education & Training) Program Instructor will report directly to the Director of Adult Basic Skills and will provide instruction and support for the Adult Basic Skills program while demonstrating and promoting a positive culture. Duties will include instruction of the IET curriculum, administrative support to IET adult learners, and providing flexible instruction between the Camden and Blackwood campuses. IET (Integrated Education & Training) Program Instructor will be responsible for adhering to program compliance, reporting requirements, and participant monitoring toward success indicators, including English as a Second Language adult learners, in obtaining their educational and/or workforce goals.

Job Description
• Support, collaborate on, and execute program enhancements for recruitment, retention, and completion of program participants.
• Maintain the learning platform data entry process to collect comprehensive progress data through online adult learner profiles.
• Implement proactive strategies to determine and address persistent challenges to adult learners' program progress.
• Provide mandatory in-person instruction supported by virtual instruction where applicable, utilizing hi-flex instruction as a mode of instruction.
• Advise adult learners of their responsibility to actively participate in all program activities, including workshops.
• Enter and monitor adult learner attendance, facilitate Digital Literacy and Microsoft Office training while monitoring academic progress in the ABS program.
• Work closely with the Director of Adult Basic Skills to oversee IET operations.
• Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to commute between the Camden City and Blackwood campuses.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of adult education instruction.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
