Single Streamline Application Processor
Location: East Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21.02/hour
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Schedule: Overtime required, including days, evenings, and some weekends
Environment: Extremely Fast-Paced

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Single Streamline Application Processor to support open enrollment transaction processing operations. This role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems while maintaining strict quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within established procedural guidelines
• Research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple internal systems
• Meet or exceed daily productivity standards for each assigned task
• Maintain quality performance standards as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), with zero errors
• Provide exemplary customer service internally and externally to employees, consumers, Access Health, and DSS
• Maintaining strong knowledge of procedures, workflows, and operating systems required to perform daily responsibilities
• Ensure timely completion of all work to meet contract and project deadlines
• Report to work on time and be fully prepared to perform daily responsibilities at shift start
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a consistently positive attitude toward all assignments
• Adhere to all project site attendance policies and operational expectations

Required Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM required (must be documented on resume)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect, document, and correct quality issues
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, remain flexible, and adapt to change
• Ability to work efficiently in a sustained, high-production environment while maintaining quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision after training
• Proficiency with PC systems and standard office software, or ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong reliability, attendance, and professionalism required

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree is preferred
• Prior Eligibility Determination experience preferred
• Previous Transaction Processing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare enrollment, benefits processing, or high-volume administrative environments is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Primarily seated office-based work environment
• Frequent use of hands for typing and system navigation
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, or lifting up to 10 pounds
• Require close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment for detailed computer-based work
