Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Business Administrator for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The temporary Business Coordinator position administers operational, financial, & business functions in support of NUFAB's mission & in coordination with central offices such as HR, Budget, Facilities, IT, & Provost. NUFAB - Micro/Nano Fabrication is a Core Facility within the Office for Research and maintains state-of-the-art micro- as well as nano-fabrication tools and are always working to stay at the forefront of technology.
Qualifications Required:
  • A bachelor's degree in a major such as business, accounting, or related; OR the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • 4 years' administrative experience including budgets, finance, grants, facilities, &/or human resources; or other relevant experience.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Diligent and can work independently;
  • Experience working with confidential information;
  • Professionalism;
  • Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
