Office Assistant
Academic Summer Day Camps, PreK - Grade 5
The part-time Office assistant will work onsite at Northwestern University in the Center for Talent Development (CTD) offices for the duration of the position. The Office Assistant helps the Advanced Enrichment team with pre-session site set-up tasks, and during the session works closely with the Supply Coordinator to inventory, package, organize, and move supplies. This position reports directly to the Program Assistant to support CTD's Academic Summer Day Camps.
Pay: $17 per hour, 20 hours per week

Qualifications
General Responsibilities
Assist Supply Coordinator with supplies management
Identify supplies in inventory vs. supplies that will need to be ordered.
Organize, label, and stage supplies for transport.
Manage supplies inventory spreadsheets.
Communicate with instructional staff about their classroom supplies.
Assume program-related responsibilities as requested by program staff.
