 The Accounting Specialist provides financial and administrative support to multiple campus-affiliated units and student organizations. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and supporting daily financial operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for financial system inquiries and customer service
  • Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, travel, and purchasing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Ensure proper and efficient transaction recording
  • Support day-to-day accounting functions for the units
  • Communicate with internal departments, student organizations, and external vendors
