Responsibilities
Expectations - Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. • Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace.
• Ensure equipment and workstations/areas are cleaned daily.
• Understand and perform job task in a safe, quality and timely manner.
• Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
• Assure that all work is performed accordingly to work order request and specification.
• Visual inspect incoming material to ensure no defects.
• Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
