Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Department:
Grade: 1 Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Working Conditions: FLSA: Non-Exempt
Must be comfortable with changing temperatures within a warehouse environment.
Position Summary:
Picks, packs, and ships orders in a safe, efficient, accurate manner. Responsible for receiving, counting, sorting and organizing daily shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
  1. Follows specific instructions regarding special projects that involve the repacking, labeling, sorting, and display assembly of product based on customer requirements.
  2. Verifies the accuracy of product count and product information against shipping and receiving documents, and checks product for damage.
  3. Reports shortages, damages, and mis-shipments to supervisor.
  4. Completes daily task paperwork accurately and entirely.

Marginal Functions:
  1. Operates non-powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
  2. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  3. Assist the Warehouse team in daily tasks as needed.
