Job Role: Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Business Administrator

Location: Boston, MA (Only Local Candidates)

Duration: 6 Months contract (Temp to Perm)

Work authorization: U.S. Citizen (USC) only.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Business Administrator for a 6-month temporary assignment with potential extension or conversion. This role supports Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud administration, marketing automation, data management, reporting, and user support across a complex organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems
  • Build and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
  • Support email marketing, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Manage user access, roles, and system configuration
  • Maintain data quality through audits and cleanup
  • Create reports and dashboards for campaign performance
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams


Requirements
