Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85257

Need Admin heavy not developer
Working Environment
• Hybrid position requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
• Standard operating hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• This is not a fully remote position.
Position Summary
EdPlus is seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce System Administrator to support and advance a large, complex Salesforce ecosystem serving recruitment and enrollment stakeholders across the university. This role is a senior individual contributor reporting directly to Salesforce leadership.
The position is hands-on and execution-focused, with primary responsibility for declarative configuration, backlog and ticket execution, and day-to-day system enhancement. The Senior Salesforce System Administrator partners closely with stakeholders, provides informed advisory guidance, and independently drives assigned work forward by setting a strong standard for quality, reliability, and follow-through.
This is a stable, hybrid university role with consistent demand, meaningful responsibility, and clear expectations for output and ownership.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in declarative Salesforce development, including configuration,
automation, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
• Experience designing and maintaining data models with attention to relationships, reporting needs, and data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders and provide informed guidance.

• Salesforce Platform Administrator II
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Salesforce in a higher education, enrollment, admissions, or recruitment context.
• Experience working in Salesforce environments serving approximately 500 users or more.
• Experience partnering with data, analytics, or marketing teams within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Lightning components.
• Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce initiatives or phased system
expansions.
