Description
Position Purpose: As a key player on our team, you will gather business requirements, produce cutting-edge technical solutions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of nCino and Salesforce solutions. Your role will be pivotal in the continuous management and optimization of nCino, including workflow enhancements, maintenance, debugging, and end-user support.
This position could be done in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.
What you'll do:
  • Technical Consulting/Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document new business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and provide scoping estimates for solutions. Advocate for technical enhancements that adhere to Salesforce and nCino best practices.
  • nCino System Implementation: Configure and demo technical solutions to meet business requirements. Plan migrations through Salesforce environments. Manage nCino monthly package upgrades. Debug end-user problems and monitor system performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a technical advisor for business teams. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on build status, review the backlog, and address new issues. Provide training and support to end-users on nCino functionality and best practices. Utilize scrum and agile methodologies to manage the workload.
  • Documentation and Monitoring: Create and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations, and project deliverables. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and project outcomes.

Requirements
Where you'll shine:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology or related field, or 2+ years relevant
work experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Technical Consultant or Business Analyst
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certificates are required,
nCino certification is a plus
• Skills in Salesforce configuration including CRM, approval processes, automation, data architecture and security
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with users of all knowledge levels
• Attention to detail while maintaining multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
• Experience with agile project management methodologies, knowledge of banking and lending processes, and
proficiency in SOQL, Workbench and or Data Loader is a bonus
