Job Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst
Locations: Dallas,TX
Duration:Contract /Long Term
Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Customer Support, Case Management and Communities is strongly preferred.
  • End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management is important.
  • 5+ years hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience supporting business stakeholders in various groups such as Support, Services and Partners on a global, enterprise system.
  • Agile / SCRUM experience required
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an Enterprise IT environment
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (201) Preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of Einstein platform expertise and advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Configure Out of the Box Einstein.Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as with business partners and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated team player with clear and effective communications skills; Strong time management & organization skills; ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
  • Candidates invited for interviews must provide a technical writing sample from their portfolio (use cases, system or functional specifications, etc.).
