Job description

Interview Process: 1st round phone screen with manager, 2nd round onsite with multiple stakeholders

Ideal Profile

  • Tech/Information Systems background
  • Prior Salesforce admin experience transitioning into BA role
  • Banking/Financial Institution experience is a big plus
  • Strong soft skills: interviewing business users, listening, documenting requirements
  • Technical degree (Systems/Engineering) preferred

Role Overview

  • BA work within Salesforce and nCino (3–8+ years experience)
  • Sit face-to-face with business users, ask smart questions, translate into clear requirements
  • Ability to solve problems, not just treat symptoms

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units; identify substandard processes
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes; develop system prototypes
  • Create and implement precise management plans with transparent communication
  • Perform and communicate thorough QA at every stage of systems development
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production
  • Partner with stakeholders (Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, Security, Compliance) for analyses and documentation
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously
  • Maintain systems processes; deliver monthly status reports
  • Author and update documentation; initiate and deliver requirements
  • Conduct daily systems analytics; troubleshoot problems
  • Develop lasting relationships with partners for optimized integration
  • Respond to questions/concerns with supporting research and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in analytics and systems development
  • Excellent Salesforce and/or nCino experience
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Strong Microsoft applications knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
  • High proficiency in technical writing
