Title: Temp Project Coordinator/Manager
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the ICR Subpractice Leader and Partner.
Location: Remote but must reside in one of the following locations- AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Keep clients informed and up-to-date on tax-related matters using a shared database (Sharepoint).
  • Retrieve documents and graphics, make them presentable, and upload the information on the internal, shareable client dashboard using Sharepoint.
  • Organize client information from emails, research, and ongoing relationship-related information to keep all parties informed.
  • No creation of original content. This includes forms, documents, and data that can be shared.

Requirements:
  • Multitasker
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with shared database management and/or Sharepoint would be ideal but not required.
  • Can be 3-5 years out of school.

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
