Salary Range: $60-$70 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading transportation infrastructure engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager to lead all phases of construction project management, from planning and site mobilization through project closeout. This role oversees construction site operations for complex transportation infrastructure and rail systems projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will provide on-site leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage systems integration activities, and collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver successful infrastructure projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction management or construction project management.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale construction projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and field operations.
  • Experience with transportation infrastructure, rail construction, or systems integration preferred.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Enforce OSHA safety requirements and industry best practices.
