'PRN' stands for 'pro re nata,' a Latin phrase meaning 'as needed.' These hubs help hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations fill short-term or last-minute staffing gaps with qualified nurses, therapists, and other clinicians. Temp PRN Hubs offer flexibility for both employers and healthcare workers, ensuring patient care needs are met efficiently.
