Temp-To-Hire Call Center Representative

8am-4:30 pm or last call waiting in Queue- Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Background check

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Experience handling inbound customer support calls

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
