Have at least one year of manufacturing experience and looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity? This Manufacturing Associate role with a well-established aerospace manufacturer could be a great fit for you. 

This company manufactures precision gas and oil turbine engine components used by leading aerospace and industrial organizations. They operate in a structured manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

In this temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associate role, you will support the production of ceramic cores used in aerospace molds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing while earning competitive pay, gaining valuable hands-on experience, and qualifying for strong benefits upon permanent hire.

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:
  • Weigh, batch, and blend powders and raw materials using mixers and batching stations
  • Operate production equipment including heated mixers, presses, and granulators
  • Inspect, clean, and repair cores using tools like files and slurry mixtures to fill imperfections
  • Load and unload trays of cores into carts and drying furnaces
  • Assist with chemical room processes and routine cleanouts
Schedules:Day Shift: Friday to Sunday, 4a.m. to 4:30p.m. 

Pay: $28.66 per hour

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:
  • At least one year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Ability to wear PPE: steel toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb
  • Proficient reading and following verbal or written instructions
  • Basic math skills and comprehension
