Role: Production Trainer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-the-job, classroom, and skills-based training in assembly and production areas
  • Support the development and implementation of new training programs and manufacturing processes
  • Track and maintain training records, certifications, and trainee progress
  • Monitor and guide trainees, providing constructive feedback and direction
  • Demonstrate advanced product assembly techniques and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Apply established work methods to routine production challenges and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA standards and internal procedures
  • Experience in assembly of digital and analog circuitry/devices
  • Strong hands-on skills with standard tools used in bio-instrument or medical device assembly
  • Associateโ€™s Degree (preferred in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field)
